ABSTRACT
Gender equality in hospitals is a major issue for patients and caregivers alike. Women make up the majority of doctors and nurses, but they are under-represented in positions of responsibility. This observation raises questions about the cultural and structural obstacles that persist. Raising collective awareness and combating sexist and sexual violence are essential levers for changing practices and making hospitals more inclusive and attractive.
