ABSTRACT
Universal mental and behavioral health screening in primary care is recommended. We assessed the incremental value of augmenting depression screening with also screening for anxiety and suicide risk. By adding anxiety and suicide screening, we identified 1 additional positive screen for every 13 adolescents screened.
